Hey mate, I had the same problems when I fitted my Glind. I fitted the heat exchanger in the passenger side wing of the bullbar, there is plenty of wasted space there, I just bent up some bracket out flat steel for each end to mount it. The pump I mounted up near the fire wall on the passenger side. Connecting into the heater hose is pretty simple too.you just need to bypass the fixed steel hose altogether. Hope the pics help. Dean

Hey Mate, l took some photos the best l could but l couldn't zoom out any further. But I screwed the heat exchanger to a steel plate first using flat steel bracket sort of bent into an S shape to attach to the heat exchanger with 10mm rubber spacers to soak up a bit of vibration from the dirt road and attached the other end to the steel plate, do the same at both ends of the heat exchanger and bolt the plate onto the vehicle. It is not attached to my bullbar it is attached to the front side of the passenger side wheel arch. When you have a look at my pics and your car it should start to make sense. Then I ran the shower head and the water source hose into the centre of the bullbar where the winch is and can access the shower head through the top of the bullbar and water pickup through the bottom of the bullbar. If his makes no sense let me know and I'll draw a diagram for you. Cheers Mate
