      Hi All,

I have the same bar booked (but in Dune Colour) to be fitted by ARB Southern on 3rd March.

Thats the earliest I could get it done as the bar will take about 2 weeks, to supply so they tell me.

Will Post some photos when fitted.

        Hi All,

I pre-ordered my Bullbar & other extras that were fitted so i had no wait, very happy with truck & add on's..OME suspension works a treat, ARB Bullbars, in my opinion is the best looking bar on the market. 8)

          HI All,

Can anyone advise if it is worth the extra cost to fit the Round Fog lights into the ARB Deluxe Bar?? Are they any good?

Or is it just better to fit them for looks??

I plan either way to mount the IPF 840 Fog Lights (as I already have them from my previous vehicle).

Don't know if it's worth it but my plan is to use the ARB fog mounts for spreads and fit 2 spots (Rallye 4000) to the bar. Time will tell if this works. My reasoning is I will drive lots of night highway work, hence twin spot and only some night 4x4 work when I'll use the spreads.

May I ask how much fitted as it is???? It looks awesome. Definitely leaning towards the ARB Bad Boy over the Toyo Sovereign number.

The ARB bar also offers better frontal protection as it's made of steel as opposed to alloy for the sov, bar.

I think the ARB just looks a whole pile better
I got mine fitted at the dealer before I picked my wagon up
It does tend to vibrate a lot though(I wonder how long spottie globes will last?)

Don't they look great, it is the same as mine, i put in the fog lights but do not think they do anything except fill the hole and add a bit of bling... Jim

Has anybody tried running this Bullbar with the Light Force 240 XGT spotties? I've seen quite a few avatar pics of the 240's fitted to the Toyo Sov Bar, but none on the ARB?

                        Any difficulties encountered?

                        Cheers,

                          Hi All,

Finally found something I can contribute to here. Soo many people, so many mods. All excellent info, Great site. Hoping to make it out to the next PP outing.

Anyway I have only just changed over from a soverign bar to an ARB deluxe winch bar. I had the Light Force 240 XGT spotties on the soverign bar and moved them over the the ARB bar not a problem. ARB bar has a bit more room to adjust them up/down than the soverign.
(Soverign bar will be for sale soon)

Maaate, what a look :!: Love that last pic :!:

Whats with the space in the sovereign bar where a winch should go :?: I'm trying to convince my father in law that a winch CANNOT be mounted in there

Havn't had a chance to find out officially yet.

                              Lofty.
Are you trying to convince someone that a winch cannot fit in there?
                              Cause it can.
chippy and leachy (among others)have it in theirs.
They can explain better, but a winch cradle is also required.
Unlike ARB deluxe winch bar, (and other winch spec bars), which will bolt straight in, possibly needing one hole to locate the fairlead rollers.

The space on the sov' bar is designed inhouse at toyota to automaticaly remove numberplates when 1/2 way across water crossings.

Reminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.
