Genuine 3 bar roof rack wind noise

Hi all
I recently removed my roof rails and whisper bars to fit a genuine Toyota 3 bar set up and can't believe how much wind noise they generate.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to reduce this?
The 3 bar set up suits my needs so I do t want get rid of them if I can help it

I filled up the channels on my HD bars with foam and it reduces the noise.

do you have the rubber strips installed across the full width of the top channel? without these strips the flowing air makes the bar whistle. Check that first. then check to see if your end caps are installed for the same reason.
