Re: Aftermarket switches to fit the standard switch plate....?
Hi folks Banglabill here again, sorry about not saying where I am from in my previous posting,(being new and all that) I am in sunny Perth and I would really like to post some photo's but not being all that computer wise don't know how to download to this site,so if someone can assist it would be greatly appreciated.
I have a front bumper for a 08 Prado so if someone wants it please contact me,it is complete with fog lights,it has never seen bitumen under it,dealer threw it in the back of the car when they fitted the ARB bar.
I have just completed fabricating a drawer system for the back, will post photo's when I find out how,(see above)it cost me a fraction of the store bought ones and looks just great, NO rattles and no holes drilled in the Prado (I used the existing tie down brackets.)I can remove the complete system in 5 mins.
Next project is to fit an air tank, I think I'll fit it up between the rear bumper and rear fuel tank, any hints would be appreciated.
Thinking of fitting ARB air lockers to the Prado any advice on the best position to fit them (front or rear) wallet will only stretch for one at the moment.
what are the pros and cons please, I heard on the grapevine that if fitted to the front they can chew out the CV joints quickly true or false?
Best regards
Banglabill
