I just ordered a IC-440 UHF CB Radio from Strictly Ham.

Spoke with Ross, seems like a nice bloke and the price for the radio at $349.00 is cheep cheep cheap

NB: I know there is another thread on this radio being on special, however, I am unable to find it and this thread is applicable to my post.

Very happy with their Sales Team, Anne in particular. Had thought about the WA site, but hey, why not try someone different.
Same price delivered in Aust, for the package as Prestiege or Contact Comms, BUT without asking, Anne offered to throw in a 1Watt TX610 handheld.
Hey, it pays to talk to them instead of just making a simple purchase.

Or you can print off the quote from any deals over the net,

head off to your local WOW or similar store and have them match the quote.
(There are no WOW stores in Adelaide, they are up and down the east coast and Darwin)

Pick it right then and there, and usually get discount on a package.

Not affiliated etc, just what I found. The retailers will usually match the quote.
