Power windows - problem

Recently had my snorkel fitted and just noticed my rear windows dont work from the drivers control panel. I believe this is connected because I think they disconnected the battery as my clock reset and my SatNav system also was reset to default.
Is there anything else I should check after the battery is disconnected?

if the windows dont work from the drivers control panel, just turn the ignition to on and cycle each window form its door control, then it should work from the drivers door. cheers samo

Actually as it is a triple up post on the power window issue it shall be locked away.
