My 120 GXL is teriffic but I've always been frustrated by the lack of support in the seat back - it's felt too soft and there's no lumbar adjustment, or maybe it's just my dickie back.
At the recent 4X4 show in Brisbane, MSA had a great stand and I noticed they had lumbar supports with adjustable air bladders for around $100 each (give or take.) I eventually got myself one and I reckon it's great. The bladder can be fitted anywhere in the sleeve (held in by velcro) depending on where you want the support, and more than one air bladder can be fitted and adjusted independently, depending on the individual's requirements. The pressure can be increased or decreased as you drive along, so can accommodate different needs of the poor old back on a long trip. The inflating bulb just sits next to the seat belt button.
Might have to think about getting one for the passenger seat now.
I haven't taken any photos but the page on their website has all the details. They even illustrate one fitted to a Prado.

Has anyone else tried one?
