Rear door dust/waterproof issue

Hi, Gents.

Couple days ago when I cleaned my prado, I noticed the sealing rubber in the rear gate frame is loosen, and can be easily taken away.

some of the water is accumulated, especially in the bottom of the gate frame area. in addtional agglutinent sealing the body sheet metal is melt.

I am not sure where the water comes from, perhaps due to gap between the carbody and sealing rubber.

I used WD-40 to clean up all the rubber and body parts, and apply metal agglutinent for trial.

not sure if you have such issue, and how do you fix it?
