Auto trans shudder

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anybody else experiences tranny shudder while stopped in drive.
That's the only time I get it, I was thinking maybe it could use new oil but (I might be wrong)
I think the tranny is sealed and isn't meant to be serviced except in severe conditions
which isn't the case.
Has anybody got any ideas about this?

Mine has had a shudder when crawling in traffic. Feels like the torque converter is grabbing a little on low rpm. Mainly happens when cold but only when moving really slow. If I two foot brake and little throttle the shudder disappears. Became more evident after changing the oil. Used toyota ws. Hasn't gotten any worse so just left it alone.
