radio issue LC 120

Hello,

I have a problem with my Toyota Prado 120 3,0d ,y 2007. There is the JBL sound with touch panel. One year ago the soundsystem did not play any sound from loudspeakers except some short noise/amp?/ + navi voice/you crossed the border/. Volume adjustment did not work neither, After couple of days the soundsystem seemed to be ok, but i do not now what happened. Two days ago the same problem. No sound from loudspeakers,except navi voice. Volume adjustmemt does not work.

? plug loose / falling out of the back of the radio?

or Intermittent short in wiring.
