Spare aerial-like cable behind dash?

Hi Gents,

Today I removed the stock stereo from our 2005 GXL (Part#08601-00928) and fitted a later model unit (Part#PZQ60-00052) with bluetooth, USB & reverse cam input. When I disconnected the aerial from the old unit I noticed another smaller cable hanging in the space behind it. It wasn't connected to the old unit, but the new unit has a plug that fits it perfectly just underneath it's regular aerial plug. So I've plugged it in to the new unit anyway and am just wondering if anyone can tell me what it is?!

Much better, but what does that cable do??!

Could it be for a stacker?

It could be for the pre wired reverse camera. I am not sure though when this started.

Cheers fellas, yeah the GPS sounds right to me. Oh, well it's staying plugged in for now.
