Hi Woody, Suffered the same and had to have r/h engine mount replaced. Fixed most of the vibration but I now have vibration between 1300 to 1600 and not sure what is causing it.

Yeah mate I also have a Vibration (shudder) on the left hand side, well it seems to be on that side anyway, at around the same rpm. I was hoping this would go when I get the problem fixed by Toyota. Another 2 weeks at least till I can get it in to them to have it looked at.

Had Toyota check it out and it turned out to be the engine mounts after all, they replaced both and it fix all the problems straight away.
Cost was only $450 supplied and fitted.
Though mine was paid under warranty.
