Anyone fitted a guard in front of the fuel cooler? Mine has got a lot of stone hits and some of the fins are bent. It was pointed out to me yesterday that I should consider putting some mesh or other material in front to protect the cooler.

Yuk. Yeah I'm planning to get one made soon mate. Just gonna measure it up, make a template and get a guard bent up out of that alloy checker plate with the little slots in it.[CENTER][B][U]Matt

I was thinking of extending the Brown Davies bash plate back to the east-west cross member with a wing up under the driveshaft to the left side. It may give a little bit of protection to the cooler plus will also look after the exposed tranny sump on my auto.Dave
