Little bit slugish

Hi guys, well my Prado is heading towards the big 300 mark and doesn't have the power that i reckon it should. Not knowing the full history on it i'm not sure if the injectors have ever been done. I was looking at replacing them and maybe even the injector pump as well. Just wondering if i should go genuine parts or if anyone can recommend good quality after market parts either new or reconditioned, or if there is a rebuild kit that can be put through the pump. I'm possibly looking at doing the turbo in the not to distant future as well. It is a 2004 1kz-te motor and i am located in Gippsland in victoria. It doesn't blow any smoke as of yet but the fuel consumption is up around the 16-17/100 and struggles in the power department. Any advice would be muchly appreciated
