Just keep taking it back saying it's still faulty. Eventually they'll get sick of you bringing it back and should fix it. There's a few times you could take it back within a couple of months.

Pathetic though. Customer service is rubbish these days.

Yep do what ratsack is saying, take it back, tell them clutch still slipping, still blowing white smoke so needs new clutch new injectors. Throw them the keys tell them to ring you when its done properly not half arsed. Simple as that. Tell them once they have replaced injectors you want the report on them as well to make sure all are within spec other wise without it there may be damage been done which wont show its ugly head till warranty is out (murphys law, he's an arse that murphy lol) but don't back down and I certainly wouldn't be paying for anything while its under warranty. This is the reason you pay more then you should in the first place to cover warranty issues. The sales man doesn't want to spend money on it as it comes out of his commission. Don't back down... Cheers Steve

Yeh thats what I plan to do... Its going to be so expensive for them though I imagine they will keep pretending to do things until the warranty is up...
And I wont be backing down! Thanks for the back up tho!

As soon as you get it back, do a lap around the block to see if it's fixed and drop it straight back to them. That will get annoying for them but should get something done. I'd also ring ACCC or whoever else can help though just for backup.

ACCC cant help... CBS reckon they can though. The dealership says injectors arent covered by warranty as a they are a 'service' item and all they want to do to the gearbox is put new oil and an additive in. So the Consumer and Business Services will be dealing with it from here on in...
