New the forum but hopefully someone can help.
A while ago we had some engine trouble with our 1kz Prado, the garage decided to swap out the engine. Long story short the car went in running badly and came out not running at all....
I've been trying recently to get it going and have started by looking at the fuel supply. I'm able to make it run uncontrollably by wiring the injector pump to the battery. but it's pretty scary and not at all useful.
My main question is what signals does the car require to start? doesn't need to run well or efficiently, just start.
