I'm interested in the new Prado's with the better engine, actually I'm fairly hanging out for some info on them and what the TD motor actually puts out. Is it the exact same motor from the Hilux? Also, what is privacy glass?

I heard that the new prado auto will have the 5 speed in it.
And the Man will have 6 spd.
That was a while ago that I heard that so it may have been silly season talk.

As you may well know that toyota has updated site on the new prado.
But if you look at the specifications on each model the ground clearance on the GLX says 181mm. I am sure that on the old specs it was 200mm+.
This can not be right as the suspension doesn't have any changes.
The grande still shows 205mm ground clearance which was always a few mm more than GXL. :? :? :? :?2006 TD Grande

Yeah I noticed the lower clearance on the new catalogue. Was wondering if it's because side steps are now standard on GXL? Could this be the case?Comment
