Removing Dump Pipe

In preparation of my beaudessert exhaust showing up, I was under the car spraying WD40 on all the bolts to make life easier later.
Looking at the dump pipe, I can't see how I am going to get to one of the bolts (top left). Has anyone taken it off theirs and if so how did you get at it?

It's a PITA job.

I got to all the nuts from the bottom except one I think. Top left one from the engine bay, 3/8 socket set with wobble bar and extension.
You can't really see what your doining and have to work by feel..


If you have them 6 sided sockets are better than the 12 sided ones, less chance of rounding off a nut.

At one stage I nearly sent the whole thing back :lol:

Hum, I did that just getting the heat shield off so I could soak the lot in WD40. It will have to be next week sometime now but will see how I go.
