Prado RHD 2LT/2LTE ENGINES

HI ALL,

I HAVE HEARD THESES ENGINES HAVE HEAD PROBLEMS. NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT.
ANYONE HAVE INSIGHT FOR A PROSPECTIVE BUYER?

Don't know if you are in Australia you can't be as we don't have 2LT motors here in the prados. :? :?

These are imports from Japan to the Canadian market.
Thought you guys would know something about these engines.

We have them in europe. The main problem starts at the time you start tweeking it. More fuel, higher turbopressure, and the head goes to hot. It cracks, and your stucked. With an egr-meter, you can avoid the problem, but a standard unmodified engine runs a looong way.
