Engine turn off at hill / rough and low idle at hill
Hello mates
My prado is getting me mad at a steep hills in the 4L.
Suddenly the engine turn off. Seems like idle speed suddenly falls below 4-500rpm which turns the engine off. I can start it, and keep it running with pressing the gas pedal. As soon as i release the pedal, it shuts down.
What could it be?
*Flat terrain: runs normal, idle sometimes a bit rough.
Gas consumption a bit higher than 2yrs ago (+1 gallon /100km). Sometimes gas smell offroad. But could be from overfilling the tank.
