Help needed: Centre console trim removal

I'm sure I've read a thread about this, but I can't find it for love or money, so please indulge me.

I want remove the console trim that surrounds the transmission levers. I know how to remove the silver trim pieces, but not beyond that.

Can anyone help?

Where silver trims were are two bolts. Remove these and the rest will just pop up. Un screw the gear knobs and two bolts at bottom of centre console if you want the whole thing out, rather than it just up enough to wire something up or whatever...
