Standard Head Unit Resale Price

Hi all, I am in two minds as to whether or not to sell or keep the original head unit from my VX. It's being replaced with a Pioneer AVH-P6850DVD on Friday.

Has anyone seen a 2007 (update) model factory unit being sold and how much it sold for? I've already had several interested parties contact me in relation to potentially purchasing it, but I have no idea what is a fair price for one of these units.

I missed out on a new apparently unused earlier model ( 06 ) 6 stack MP3 non bluetooth one on fleabay recently for $ 132.00, I would have to say the bluetooth one would get $ 150 - $ 300 maybe, which is much below its replacement cost ! but it is like the bumpers on 120 prados, people usually only buy them if they damage etc the old one and you dont get what it is actually worth as a spare part from toyota :roll:

I want one that will play MP3s, there is nothing wrong with the one I have except it wont play MP3s !

Yeah at that price it's probably worth holding on to for when I change the car over again.
