Does anyone have problem with the arb deluxe bar shaking like crazy when driving? Any suggestions to 'stiffen' it up? Nice bar but annoying

Mine does it. I read somewhere that its because they are rubber mounted. -
This has been covered before in several threads. The bar isn't shaking: your car body is. The body is mounted on rubber blocks off the chassis. The bar is secured to the chassis. As your body moves on the rubber blocks to soften the ride what you see is the movement of the chassis. Nothing at all to worry about providing bar mounts are ok.Dave

It's not just the ARB bar either, they all look the same, even the sovereign alloy bar.

Someone told me in a caravan park when I mentioned this & he said if it doesn't shake then its not airbag compliant, they should all do this...Not sure how true that is..2010 Prado GXL D4D Auto , BFG A/T , DVD Console , Tekonsha P3 , Projecta Dual battery system , Piranha dual battery tray..

As Bushbasher and AJ have stated the bar is bolted to the chassis directly while the body is mounted via rubber blocks. Nothing to worry about and as also stated there is already threads covering this.
