Whilst I'm aware that it's not the most ideal environment for this type of Battery, my last battery has been in this spot for 4 years with its performance only now starting to degrade and the opportunity to get a superior battery at a great price was too good to refuse. I do have a heat shield around the battery and it does get good airflow through from the front so I should get some good life out of it.

Refitted my Steinbauer chip after getting it remapped at Dieselcare, asked for more torque off idle and generally more after all the tweaks I've done since installing it 6+ years ago. Cost me $80 plus postage and it is really thumbs up all round
Also reinstalled the tpms display after warranty replacement (the backlight failed in the display), relocated it to a bracket next to the EMS and UHF
and extended the antenna to a bracket mounted on the chassis just in front of the rear axle, I was getting signal loss intermittently from the camper trailer so that should solve that problem.Silver '04 KZJ120~Manual~GXL~Dobinson/Kings lift~Custom valved Ironmans~Detroit Locker~Endless Air~X9 Superwinch~Madman EMS1~TJM Dual Battery~Rhino Roof Tray~120W solar panel~Foxwing awning~Bushskinz UVP~Long Ranger water tank~Bushman fridge~Steinbauer P-Box~Beaudesert 2 3/4"~Airtec Snorkel~TJM Sliders~Prico Boost Gauge~BFG-KO2s~TPMS~GME TX3420~Front and Rear Cameras~Ultimate Camper hanging off the back!

Hey all, took the prado out for the first time today, done a track here in wa called the captain Fawcett track. We pretty and wasn't too many challenges which was good considering it was our first time out and we still running the cheap nasty ht tyres that the dealership put on the car. They actually went better than expected in the mud, I used me new straun deflaters to put them down to 18psi, I personally think that was a bit low for a forest track so will have to change maybe 2 of them to 22-25, and leave 2 at 18 for sand. What would you more experienced guys recommend, what is the norm for tyre pressure with road use the placerd says 200kpa but that's 29psi seems pretty low to me.

I already tried a silicon solution but it only held at the bottom of the panel. Maybe a combo of both will fix it. Interesting how the rattle is only from the front doors. I guess this is because they are the ones being constantly opened and closed.Dave
