ARB simply would not sell and fit anything I wanted!!
It was even on there computer screen... the guy showed me the specs for a Prado and it says "excludes Grandes" do not fit!
Hows that for my 8th day of owning a Prado Grande!!
Had my suspension done for years. No issues.

Five wheel rotate (almost 100,000 km on these MT ATZ 4 Ribs), treated the rotors with anti-squeal, washed the girl with CT-18, must say impressed with the result and treated the windscreen and rear glass with Rain-X.
Cheers

Fitted up the new Bush Skin Bash Plates, new Antenna mount on the bullbar, and wired up the GME again over the weekend.
Then after a windy attempt at camping down at Preston Beach over the weekend, she got a 10th birthday full detail inside and out ready for her date with Toyota Service for a new Dash on Thursday.[2007 GXL 120 3.0L D4D Auto] Mods: Bilstein Shocks & King 2" Lift Springs - 265/70/17 Cooper AT/3s Tyres - ARB Deluxe bullbar - LED Spotlights & Worklights - Snorkel - BushSkinz bash plates - 2.2m Alloy Overlander Full Rack - 2.5m Wanderer Awning - GME TX3120S UHF & GME AE4703 6.6dBi - Milford Cargo Barrier - JVC indash DVD - Maxtrax - Pulling a heavily modified Jayco Dove Pop Top Camper

160k service done and I fitted my new 3" turbo back exhaust from 4WD Supacentre. It was pretty difficult removing the turbo to exhaust bolts but once they where removed the exhaust went together without any trouble. I also fitted up my new Airtec Snorkel plus replaced the std air filter with a K&N unit.Last edited by mick_tissa; 27-04-2017, 01:42 PM.

BushSkinz bash plates.
Bit of a job.
What did other people do with the hose bracket show in pic 3 below that is sort of in the way of the front mounting bolts. I just added packers and bolted over the top of it?

Fortunately the "Great Minds" at AMTS designed some cut outs to accommodate the Transmission cooler tube brackets on their under body protection plates.
I think you will be okay with how you have mounted the plates and brackets.
maybe you could have flattened the folded edges of the bracket for the amount that sits under the plate or trimmed them off carefully.

Full brake fluid change & bleed. Balanced all wheels again and rotated f/r. Plugged my brake controller back in after pulling it out from the RR sport.
Loaded up 100 litres of 150 octane fuel in drums and new race car onto trailer, all Ready for a road trip to the tuner in Melbourne starting in 6 hours.
Loved the 120's powered ABS/brake booster pump that auto flushes fluid on rears when doing a fluid. Change. So easy!
