My girl has had a few things in the last 2/52.
Full service;
Brake pads, and took the time to get the slotted rotors put on the front while available;
front bearings;
Mickey MTZ 265/70/17;
rear spacer (thanks AMTS) when the rear tyre wouldn't fit properly afterwards;
rear tyre cover (cause the old one wouldn't fit anymore);
rhino pioneer platform, standard awning off one side, clevershade off the other;
winch cable off, rope in;
front shocks;
rear draws and barrier;
wiring for fridge;
new fridge;
new drop slide (cause the fridge is now too high on the draws);
wiring for USB power in the second row, so the kids can charge on the road (instead of pushing things forward for me to do for them);
Spot gen 3 (thanks Craig).
Almost done.

I just had fitted a 2" lift kit by Ironman, I had 3 damaged shockers and my coils had sagged a fair amount, so I'm very happy with the result so far as it has raised it over 100mm from where she used to sit. I had decided to have the performance TOY055BKP1 kit fitted, the front struts are adjustable and the shocker are foam filled. There service here in Adelaide was excellent too. I will add some photos soon, I just need to work out how to do it first lol.

Replaced all the idler pulleys and new drive belt on the Ol girl. 3 of the 4 pulleys were downright effed but my fault for washing the engine bay and spraying directly into them. Made it sound a bit like a supercharger lol. Now she's all quiet and happy again. Now to get ready for her 200k service[B]CANYONEROOOOO *whipping in the distance*

Hi all,
well being a new member to PP this is one thread I hope to be on regularly,
First I bought a 2008 GX and it only had 120000K's on it, Diesel, manual, 180ltr tank, it was a one owner from a small country town and it's in very tidy condition,
as you see in the pic it came with Bullbar, driving lights, duel batteries and UHF so now to start adding the extras

Welcome phattstump. Nice rig. First thing I would do is check the history of the injectors and injector seats. Plenty of good info on the diesel motor threads in the 120 &150 sections. Also drop your oil and check the pickup screen.1997 petrol auto, 430 000km. Still going strong.
2004 petrol auto, 233 000km. Cracked dash and no help from Toyota!

Get a good mechanic that is well versed in the D4D motor. Definitely get them to inspect the oil pickup when oil is drained every service. Get injector values checked cold, drop off to mechanic the night before. Speak to the previous owner if possible in regard to whether the injector seats have been checked/replaced as well as the injectors themselves. 120 000 seems to be the common age at which problems are likely to start. As I said before read up on the typical issues that these motors have. In most cases they are easily avoidable if looked after correctly. If not checked you may suddenly be up for a new motor, plenty have detonated in the past.1997 petrol auto, 430 000km. Still going strong.
