My brother just clocked over the million mile mark in his VW van (a diesel taxi) That's 1.6 million kms.
Most of our trucks at work are well past the 1 million mile mark, the one I mostly drive only has 300 thou on the clock, mind you its only 18 months old.
Cheers Andrew

The old man had a HR holden station wagon with a 186 in it. That did over 1 mill KM towing a trailer most days with his brickie tools and cement mixer. Much better than my D4D which failed to reach 80,000.......

A number of years ago I tried that trick.
111,111kms with 111.1 on the trip meter was the aim.
Screwed it up and the trip meter didn't get to 111.1 in time - still pissed about it years later!!
Yeah it took some concentration to reset the ODO at just the right time, glad to hear I am not the only one that does these things or gets excited by milestones or cool number patterns on the ODO. I was driving Trish's Rav when it clocked 123456, but I forgot to look and get a picture
Cheers Andrew

I love this stuff too. I was stoked to be between Birdsville and Beetoota when my old Prado hit 300,000. I was able to stop and take heaps of photos standing on the roof celebrating
Cheers, Dave

Hey DJ, does that panel just unclip or is there screws and stuff holding it on ?? Want to do the same thing....Cheers Steve
Steve there is room for a GME UHF remote mike radio head unit to fit behind that panel, as that is where my unit is located with a speaker panel cut in over the top for sound clarity, some where there is a pic on a P/P thread of my install.
New 2015 150s GX 5 seater with floor mats, towbar and a big wish list
Previously a 2004 120s 1KZ GX silver manual with stuff
before that a 1996 RV6 90S with lots of gear
