Gave it a new air filter. Also replaced the cabin filter which stunk like a possum may have taken a leak on it.Dave

Dirty little creatures. Honestly, the filter absolutely wreaked. Alternator still going 12.5 to 13.9 volts all over the place.Dave

Cleaned it over the last 3 days. Was a hell of a job taking everything out of the truck due to water ingress whilst doing the Old Tele Track.
Got everything out, dried carpet, cleaned red dirt from everywhere, vaced seats, carpet drawers etc.
Went for a drive this arvo and the boss looked at the bullbar, still got red dirt all over the winch area. Bugger.
Cheers

What happened re the water ingress on the Tele track for you ?
We just got home from Cape York on the weekend and couldn't believe how dry it was and how little water were in the crossings . Palm creek was bone dry and Nolans was very low.
Cheers

Bought 3 x BFG 265/65/17's to add to the unused spare and have moved the used BFG's to factory steel rims for a new camper trailer.
Kind of sad when 3 tyres have the blue BFG lettering and the old unused spare is white. I know, 1st world problems . . .--------------------------------------------------------------------

Cleaned out the drain in the air box!!
There's a rubber one-way valve on the bottom but it's hard to reach because of the dual battery. Apparently because of this, Toyota have never cleaned it out when they change the filters.
There was so much dirt settled in there that if any water found its way into my snorkel, it wouldn't be draining out, so I'm glad I noticed!

Great to find these results, the intake starts fresh
Renewed/cleaned the intake manifold now I know how well the egr flow reduction mod works
Didnt get the red mud stains off the outside, but the inside & inlet ports are sweeeeeet as!
