  • sourcing bolts for rear drawer

    Hi folks,
So the pushers of titan drawers had a good deal (rear drawers, 22" lightbar and engine scangauge for 695) so I went for it. Problem is the only place I found suitable for bolting it was the rear seat things. Now the supplied bolts are 50mm M10, but the thread of the OEM screws is much finer. Anyone know any specs for them, or what they are called, so I can order some?
At the moment the drawers are strapped down with 4x100kg rated cargo straps, which will hold the drawers in event of rollover, but they still move a cm or so in any direction if pushed/pulled.
    Thanks
Ps. Drawers are tanks. Bloody heavy, solid as. Seem pretty well built. Problems though-the height needs to be a cm or 2 higher, as wings are pressed hard on top of rear seat attachment things on the side, this may be the cause of the built in fridge slide being almost useless due to resistance for being pulled out. Oh, and the lack of appropriate fasteners.

How'd you go with this? My set arrived today and I was thinking of mounting them to the same set of bolts in the third row seat well. Do you have any photos of the mount and how it all fits together?

Not sure how the bases are on those drawers but what about packing it up by 20mm between the base and floor. You could go a bit higher so as to provide usefull storage space under drawers. a few strips of 20mm marine ply would do the trick if you just want to raise it enough to clear sides.
