Air Bag System

On the return journey to Kroombit Tops National Park (Near Gladstone QLD), which was rather bumpy at parts, the Airbag Light now stays permanently on. I haven't yet had a change to start problem solving, just wondering if this could be a common issue others have diagnosed.

The system has malfunctioned most probably you have shaken a sensor loose in the front end. The light usually actually means that the system is off line and will not work in an accident. As you are technically dealing with and explosive devise the most sensible fix is to leave it the hell alone and take it to toyota

Thanks for the heads up, better be safe about this, especially since we'll have a newborn in the car this week!
