Serpentine belt noise

Sounds like the serpentine belt is slipping when AC is on but two different mechanics can’t seem to resolve the issue. Thoughts?

I'm also getting a strange noise only on cold startups. It could be the crankshaft pulley.

I would start by removing belt, and checking bearings on all the pulleys rotating items by turning them by hand.
I have had the idlers make a screeching noise when cold due to bearing on its way out.

Replace the belt with a genuine Toyota one. I've had nothing but trouble with the Gates brand that is commonly available eg. Repco. Never seem to stop stretching, and need to be constantly adjusted tight or they will slip.
