Diff breathers etc.

I have a Landcruiser Prado Grande 08 Model - 4.0L auto Petrol, and just been checking out the rear diff breather which I am thinking of extending into the engine bay.

Also noticed an existing breather in the engine compartment ( as photos ) but not sure where this goes to without removing the under trays etc. so if anyone can confirm if this model has a front diff breather installed it would be appreciated.






Also if there is a front diff breather does this mean that the gear box and transfer will be done ( read this on past forum posts) - can anyone supply any photos of these as I simply have no idea what i am looking for.

Prado Grande, 4.0L auto Petrol.

Can anyone advise me if the front diff breather screw in thingy, the fitting that screws into the diff itself would be the same as the rear ( Can't seem to see the front diff). I am thinking if I could get a part from a Toyota Dealer and use it to extend the rear diff breather. Also the end breather cap on the front breather hose that terminates in the engine bay, does anyone know if this could be utilsed in extending the rear breather. Would appreciate if anyone can advise on part numbers for these two items. Then all I need to source is some fuel line hose or similar.

I hav looked at the long post on the forum but cant find any reference to part numbers specifically for the Prado.

Also can't obtain any Piranah parts here in the UK so looking at making a breather myself if I can get the parts.

Would appreciate any quick advice.
