    Just found out the 2008 Grande will have factory reverse camera, the wheels are going to be a higher polish and a the grille is going to be a little different.
    The GXL will have rear A/C

        Maybe you should point (pun) your contact to Pradopoint to read about some of our feelings regarding Toyota dealers :wink:

          He does not deal with shithouse dealers, he's involved in the technical side.
          I understand what you guys are saying about dealer's 100%, the bottom line is, You pay peanuts you get monkeys.
          These pricks are charging inxs of $100 per hour and then pay their mechanics any where from $15 - $29 per hour and expect the world from them.
          Thats why all the smart guys get the XXXX out of there.
          Without dought Toyota has the best product in the world, they should pay these guys accordingly.

            I wasn't having a go Scott, I just seized the moment and I Totally agree with what you are saying, but keep in mind that they are representing Toyota and regardless of what wages are being paid, the dealership has a responsibility to provide the after sales service that I am sure they sign off in their contracts with Toyota to deliver. I still have not sent my survey back to Toyota regarding the dealership after purchasing my new vehicle 4 months ago purely because I want to wait until the honeymoon period is over and see what my impression is after the third service. It will be interesting to see if IO am sent another survey after 12 months of ownership!

            Maybe Toyota dealers should send their people to MacDonalds to experience what customer service is all about and they pay some of the poorest wages in their industry.

                Yes Toyota does have a responsibility to its customers, especially if they have bought an 80k vehicle.
                If there shit, say so in the survey.
                The difference is that generally most of all the Service Advisors have completed an apprenticeship, so they should get paid more than a macca's burger boy, but saying that some dont have a fukn clue.
                Just go to a different dealer.
