2009 prado gx vibration problems

I have a 2009 prado. I've driven about 205,000 Km :mrgreen: . It runs fine expect that there is vibration when I shift to drive and sometimes when I accelerate it seems that it takes about 2-3 seconds before picking up speed. I've changed my exhaust pipe, spark plugs, coils, air filter, fuel filter, engine mounting and cleaned fuel injectors. I don't know what else to do.

I want some advice on how to get rid of this vibration and acceleration problems (although i don't have this problem all the time).

Secondly, does any one know how often do I need to change my radiator fluid. And whether I need to Flush the liquid or just flow it out.

my 2006 manual says coolant water vshould be flushed at 160,000 km for the first time then to be flushed at 80,000 km afterwards.
check your manual just to make sure.

this vibration and acceleration problems (although i don't have this problem all the time).

when do you have the vibration & accelaration ? do they come togeather ?

The vibrations occur as soon as I shift into gear.
