If we look at this extract:

So you get your certificate and go for an RTA inspection... whats the big deal??????????????
Those of us with other more hardcore vehicles both 4x4 and street cars have been dealing with engineers and transport authorities for years.
Apart from the having the certificate done 99% of lifted Prados on this forum would be legal under this....
