I always work off 750mm for the front factory ride height, as many Prados with bullbars are already in the 740's.
I found 770mm was always closer for the rear, at least on my Prado. That figure also depends a lot on how much fuel you have in your tank, and how old your coils are as Andrew stated above.
I'd say your front end has definitely sagged a bit.
Keep in mind that these numbers can shuffle around a bit from car to car.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the coil springs for standard setup. ie: diametre of coil bar. Bought the car secondhand and underside was all painted black. I would like to check if my springs are standard or not before I decide on what suspension to go with. They just seem former than other Prado 120s Ive been in.
