Thump under the floor near rear Door

At 80 - 100 kph on a bumpy road there is serious bumping just forward of the rear door under the floor of my 2009 Prado 120 GXL. I thought there was a problem with the suspension but ARB says the suspension (OME and heavy springs) is fine. I have noticed heavy white foam packing between the cabin floor and the chassis frame. Is this packing normal? Maybe the cabin floor is bouncing on the packing. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Check the exhaust hanger rubbers, tailshaft etc.

I have or should say had same sort of noise. Chased it for ages until I found it was the rear door itself. Weird but somehow it's noise sounded like it was mid car not the rear door itself. Found out by putting some electrical tape around the catch bar as well as the locating plate. Now quiet as. Just need to now work out a more permanent fix. Give it a try. Nothing to loose
