Advice for Dobinsons C59-296 or C59-300

Hi I have decided to keep my 2006 V6 Grande with adjustable suspension,currently runs Sovereign Ali Roo bar and spotties.

I really like the adjustable suspension after test driving several built 120s I just wanted something a little less extreme.

Currently FD-730 FP-730 RD-780 RP-780 (bit of front droop suspension is all original)

Getting new toyota front tems shocks and rear airbags, was planning to put in Dobisons C59-300 in front to get "some" lift and correct rear air bag height with the spacer set up, not wanting to go to far, rang a suspension expert and he suggested C59-296 instead but did not find anyone who ran these on the forum giving post lift heights does anyone have advice on what is best suited springs to run to give some lift while not going to far with Tems front shocks.
I would prefer to go Dobinsons as they seem to be very well rated here but would be open to OME.

Hey,

I've run both the 296 and 300 coils (Ridepro versions = Dobinsons), and even the 296 may initially lift more than you want, see here;

296 coils can initially give quite a high lift, over 2" even, however, like most Dobinsons, they will keep on settling. Within a year you can lose an inch of ride height.

The old Ridepro coils used to come out the back door of Dobinsons, but I don't believe this happens anymore, and Ridepro are a separate deal these days.
