    Looking at your pics (in your intro post) it looks like your suspension is pretty tired and sagged... it's the lowest Prado I've ever seen!... time to freshen it my friend :wink:

        I would like to think about a 50mm lift kit, I know these springs and shocks are not going to last forever.
        But who knows, looks like tarmac roads, and these things run forever ! :roll:
        As I have an overland expedition from UK to Cape Town planned, may be I should rethink
        perhaps I will get some prices for springs and shockers this summer.
        We did my sons Surf a few months ago.
        Now thats high! :lol: :lol:

          Well, actually...... we cooked a coupla dampers in the camp ovens while crossing the Simpson....... :?: :?

            Considering how much lower my front end sits with just a Soverign Bull Bar and dual battery kit, there's no way on this planet that I'd go anywhere near the Simpson Desert with it right now. Add a winch on and I think I'd be sitting right down there. Suspension upgrade and LT construction tyres as a beginning. For a first time trip I'd be asking if a good mate could tag along with a decently kitted vehicle too. Definitely a sat phone and locating beacon if going in one car. Suspension upgrade coming for me in the next month or 2. Factory suspension has me reaching for my seasick gear....
