Tyre pressure will drop as the tyre cools. Not sure over how much time you are talking in what you have posted and is it one tyre or all. How long have you had the Mickey Thompson tyres for and where you loosing pressure BEFORE you used the deflator on them?

If you suspect that you are loosing air through the valve then use some soapy water on the valves to see if you do have any air leaking. Also double ckeck that the valves are tight but not to the point that you break something.

What pressure have you dropped down to and how do the beads look. Is there any crap caught in the beads that may allow for an oppurtunity for air to escape. Use the same soapy water trick here to see if any bubbles form. I assume you are aware but then you drop your tyre pressure fairly low (eg 12psi or lower) then it becomes very easy to roll a tyre off the rim or even let a bit of rubbish in if you turn sharply.

they go down over a few weeks had one re sealed and checked and came up with nothing pumped back up to 37 psi and within 2 weeks as a spare gone down to 12psi. l am always pumping them all up after a few weeks and the spare is on the front that has not been deflated and it is holding its pressure. tried the soapy water it is baffling me

Was the tyre deflator dirty? Curious as maybe some grit got into the valve. Maybe try removing the vavle completely and clean it or better still replace with a new one and see what happens.

          Re: tyres lossing air

Most tyre places will obviously check for any holes or leaks on or around the tyre, but very rarely check the rim itself, especially on the inside of the rim.Its not uncommon for alloys wheels to become pouros when manufacturing defects surface after a few years due to corrosion.
It could be as easy fix as getting them to remove the tyre, clean the inside of the rim thoroughly and give it a few coats of clear.

sounds like dumb idea but throw ya tyre in a pool push it underwater and look for a leak, air bubbles will show where it is comming from.
had an 03 gx 120 with some gear now got a 2013 bt 50 GT auto some ARB gear.
