Width/ offset for 285/70

Hi all,
Chasing some new rims for my 120 to fit some 285/70/r17s with out scrubbing.
Need to know what width / offset would fit best.

17 x 8 zero offset, and they will barely be inside the gaurds if not a bit outside. I reckon from what others have done you may still need to change your upper control arms, a 3 or 4 inch lift may also be needed.

If it was easy to put 33's on a 120 series - don't you think more of us would have done it??

Have a look in the Build Up thread and look at SIK-120's build - he now has 33's and a few other bits n pieces...
