After reading the post from member thswyup about when he broke his Actuator (http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...059-Busted-150) we had a look under our own vehicle's to see the vulnerable Actutor Assembly. After seeing its location and position we decided to get a guard fabricated for this area as there were no known available guards. At this stage we have designed the guard, fabricated, tested and now produced the final Transfer Guard. We call it the TG150 and we have sold 40 of these guards to members here on Pradopoint.
They are available at;

"Just received my TG150 guards (one for me a one for a mate) and I must say I am very impressed, well built great finish and awesome service from the man himself Paul. Thanks mate, appreciated...Michael and I fitted our new TG150 underbody transmission APC guards yesterday/ These are 1 great bit of essential gear for your prado. Well done Paul, great product, easy to fit and looks and feels solid as." - Rogerthatv2
"My TG150 guard also went on today, very well built solid as and well engineered. It is actually very factory like. The service from Paul was fantastic. I am one little happy Prado owner with a well protected transfer case, highly recommended." - Hutch
"Dear PP members,
I saw this thread this morning, sent an email to "Brains", and I had a reply shorly after, then drove to their house in a northern brisbane suburb and in no time they had fitted my 150 Prado with their transfer case/actuator guard..no problem, no fuss, and better service than I have ever had from a dealer, seriously. If you have a Prado, and if you are serious about protecting your exposed transfercase & actuator, just get one of the professionally made protection plates. No modifications necessary, just remove the old flimsy small tin shield and replace with a strong, professionally built powder coasted steel protection plate. In fact Paul got under the Prado and installed it for me while I was there. Thanks Paul. Highly recommended. Essential if you really want to protect your Prado. Well done. Good work. Excellent value." - brogers
"Well, fitted the TG150 today...Dan and I did both his VX and mine, and I must say I am super impressed with this bit of kit. Thanks Paul, this is a great addition to my vehicle.
In my case, I removed the ARB transfer case plate and added the TG150...all too easy." - michaelweare
"Hi All, Just had my Transfer Case Guard fitted last night, it was so easy to fit, looks very professional and sturdy, and fit perfectly. Totally recommend it. Thanks Paul !" - Trent77
