2 Extra switche positions near the 4WD selector

I have a 150 GXL auto that has the "double" size switch blank in the console in front of the gear selection lever. Does anyone know the part number for the trim panel from a kakadu that has the 2 single size switch blanks?

This link shows the panel with 4 switches, but I can't seem to find the part number for the bit that holds the switches.

I am sure I have seen a thread on here where someone changed it out on a GXL a long time ago, but I can't seem to locate it again!

That was the one I linked too, but it only shows the switch part numbers. I searched through many other pages for the interior and could find the part number for the surround that holds them.

How much space is behind the large blank? Enough to fit a Baintech battery monitor? Needs about 55 depth clear.
