Is their anything on the market that allows you to play movies from your iPad into the factory entertainment system? I've got the 2012 Prado altitude with the wireless headsets and can't be bothered with putting in and out every series of Thomas the tank engine

What inputs do you have on the factory system? If you've got a spare RCA port then something like this: http://store.apple.com/au/product/MC...cable?fnode=3a
Otherwise something like this might do it - but its a bit on the expensive side: http://advancedice.com.au/index.php/...%20Integration[SIZE=2]120 GXL D4D Auto, with a 'List of Wants' greater than the 'List of Needs' greater than the 'List of Haves'

I have the ipad streaming via BT to the stereo. Just fires up every time I start the car at where it finished last time. Stop the car or change back to the radio and it stops as well.
I've got the ipad streaming/downloading from Itunes match, so have as much audio as needed when driving, as long as there is Telstra coverage that is. Also makes it easy to listen to podcasts as well. They download overnight whilst on wifi, and then good to play on the drive to work in the morning.
