Guys,..... FYI
I removed my Winch on our Prado to give it a bit of a Service and when I was re-installing it I noticed some cracks in the vertical supports of the Bullbar that the brackets bolt to. Being very concerned of this getting worse and planning for a Cape trip next year, I quickly took some photos and rang ARB in Brisbane + the H/O in Vic. Sent them the photos I took to them and with in a day or two I received a phonecall from the fellas at ARB Nundah, saying that they're going to replace the Bullbar with the NEW version one.
Picked the car up today and the guys did a great job, even replaced some blown bulbs (& a cracked light) that I had in the B/bar driving lights.... VERY pleased with their Customer Service.......
Apparently there has been some modifications to the Deluxe model Bullbar from when it 1st came out due to all the movement/flexing which eventually leads to stress fractures.... so if u have an early model Deluxe Bullbar and have traveled over a fair bit of corrugated roads, it might be worth having a look for stress fractures where your bar bolts to the chassis brackets...
