Just curious as to what you want a dual battery setup for then. Running a fridge was my primary reason for getting a dual battery system.

I will buy a fridge but not as yet.

The world that we live in is evolving, it is a digital age and everything needs power. The amount of electronic gadget that my family have when we travel is frustrating to control. Dual batteries is not only for running fridges it is also for other electronic devices and or equipment that requires power. I paid $368 for a 70lt esky and I've only used it once, it will probably be the same if I pay for a $1000+ fridge.

You mean you want a dual battery to charge the e-devices while your engine is not running?

LOL! It is so much easier to entertain young children with the use of electronic gadgets now days. I still remember when I went for long drives with my parents, I was bored out of my brains. I don't know about you but I love watching my children through the rear vision mirror busy with their gadgets and me bored shitless hoping we were already at our destination.

I went over the budget by $62, I bought some camping essentials and I didn't end up purchasing an air compressor. I found a VIAIR 450P Automatic Portable Compressor which I will purchase sometime next year, it will be an online purchase which I will need a postal address for.
