Fitted GPS for a 2010 GXL

Hi All. I have just bought a new 2010 GXL Prado. The Toyota salesman said he couldn't offer us a Toyota fitted GPS.My question is has anyone had one fitted and if so what type, model and where have they fitted it. The reversing camera location would be the best as all the fuel infomation is on the dash anyway so the only issue would be the reversing camera. I have taken it to an audio place only to be told the radio is not a doulbe din they were not sure how they could do it. They also mention we would lose some of the funtions on the steering wheel.
