Hi there greetings from Rainy Guatemala!
I have a 2010 Prado VX and recently embarked on a project to retrofit the OEM toyota steering wheel buttons to the car so I can use it with an aftermarket Pioneer DVD/BT unit.
I had the toyota dealership install the new buttons, slipring and that worked fine, my question now is where the plug that carries the output from those buttons is?
I have found in the center stack a flat 4 pin connector with white / white black / green / white black green - as the four wire colors. Is that the connector in the harness for the original toyota radio?
Im puzzled as the PAC AUDIO SWI PS that IM trying to install lists the toyota plug as having 20 pins
http://www.pac-audio.com/SWI/SWIAppG...er&swiOptions=
Where would that one be hiding out? Is that the connector to the slipring?
Any help is appreciated!
TIA
Alex
