Will a new genuine hilux GPS Headunit fit my 150?

I have a 2013 Hilux SR5 work ute and I was thinking of swapping the GPS unit from it into my Prado 150 GXL. Is this possible and has anyone done this? I know there are cheap chinese units out there but I would like to leave it looking factory if possible.

Hi YotaAddict If you visit your Toyota parts department, they should be able to help you out withinfomation as to what units will fit into what vehicle. It maybe the case that an addapter type cable will be needed to interface between the unit and the vehicle. I purchased an 2013 unit from a Hilux that was getting an aftermarket upgrade. This unit was a touch sceen,mp3,USBsingle disc with bluetooth. A step or two up from the old 2003 6 stacker. Had looked at other brands of double DIN units, but they all looked too plasticy and chromed up. The other plus was it would take a reverse camera [futer mods] Everything fitted just right and only needed a $20 cabble addapter to see things plug and play .
