Angel eye / DRL Headlight

Hello All,
Has anybody upgraded to an aftermarket headlight with angel eye / DRL like the one in the below link? I am interested to install this with HID on low beam. My only concern is that the headlight leveling function is not available in this replacement option. Is this going to be a problem as I have read in different threads that head light leveling and washers are mandatory for HID.

Plan B is to upgrade the low beam in my existing headlight to HID. Will I lose the headlight leveling option whist upgrading to HID?

I think you will find that it is auto headlight leveling that is mandatory, something which the GX/GXL does not have.

Don't do it. You will get pinged, sooner or later. RACQ say...

In addition, ADR 13 requires that all vehicles fitted with headlamps (including HID) producing over 2,000 lumens (a measure of light output) have a self-levelling system and headlight washers.
